Dinner time can feel like the most stressful part of our day, even when it’s supposed to be the most relaxing. This process is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Start cooking the chickpeas over medium heat with onions and garlic. You can also begin blending the spices together separately and add them when the chickpeas turn light brown. A classic favorite at your local Thai restaurant now available right in your own home. Start off by boiling water to cook the udon noodles. On the side, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, sambal oelek, lime juice, canola oil and brown sugar in a small bowl. Fry an egg in a skillet and after two minutes combine the sauce mixture, udon noodles and other toppings to garnish your dish. Yangzhou Fried Rice
Easy to eat with a fork or chopsticks, this fried rice will fill up your appetite. Start off by heating a skillet over high heat, add the rice, a tablespoon of peanut oil and eggs to be scrambled. Set this aside and add carrots, pork and mushrooms to name a few ingredients to bring out the flavor. This meal takes just under an hour to prep and cook making it easy to fit into any schedule.
